What happens when I hit my user limit?
Your tool keeps working — your users won't see any interruption. You'll get a notification to upgrade, and you can do so anytime. We don't cut off your users without warning.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on Creator and Scale plans. Custom domains take under five minutes to connect, with a step-by-step guide included.
Is there a setup fee or contract?
No setup fees, no annual contracts on monthly plans. You can cancel anytime, and your data is always exportable.
How does the 14-day trial work?
You get full Pro access for 14 days, no credit card required. At the end of the trial, you choose a plan or stay on Starter — nothing gets deleted either way.
Can I white-label Lumio for my clients?
